8 week shred

This is a transformative gym-based workout program that will leave you shredded at the end. There are 4 workout days per week, with 2 upper and 2 lower body days. It is recommended to accompany this program with cardio days + a step count, in addition to prioritizing a calorie deficit.
pre + postnatal program
